Jacques Selosse

Jacques Selosse (Avize, Champagne) is an avant-garde grower-Champagne producer. Oxidative winemaking, biodynamic viticulture and low-intervention methods create Champagnes of extraordinary complexity and individuality. Selosse challenged the dominant house-style philosophy and inspired a generation of artisan producers. The wines are highly sought after and very limited in production.
